How far in advance should I book?

Two days of lead time gives us the best chance of matching the right driver and vehicle — especially for weekends and public holidays. For same-day requests, WhatsApp us to check availability.

Can I book on someone else's behalf?

Yes. Provide the passenger's name and WhatsApp number when booking. Trip details go directly to that person.

How will I know my booking is confirmed?

Per vehicle, flat rate. The price stays the same regardless of how many passengers ride (within the vehicle's seat capacity).

No. The quoted price already includes tolls, fuel and parking. Peak-season surcharges only apply during major public holidays and are communicated when you book.

We treat punctuality seriously. If a delay is unavoidable, the driver contacts you in advance. For airport transfers we always build in buffer time.

The most efficient route given live traffic. If you prefer a specific route, mention it when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.
