Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

Luxway Taxi (operated by Luxway Asia Transport) provides point-to-point private car transfer services between Singapore and Malaysia. All bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Luxway Taxi via WhatsApp or email. Verbal agreements or unconfirmed requests do not constitute a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking without providing a reason.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are fixed and inclusive of fuel, tolls, and cross-border levies. Prices are per vehicle, not per person. Payment is made in cash (Singapore Dollars or Malaysian Ringgit) to the driver upon completion of the trip. No upfront deposit is required unless otherwise stated. Prices are valid for the date and route quoted and may differ for amendments.

4. Cancellation & Amendments

Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price. No-shows (passenger not at pickup location) will be charged the full trip amount. Amendments to booking (date, time, destination) must be requested at least 6 hours before pickup and are subject to driver availability.

5. Flight Delays & Late Arrivals

For airport transfer bookings where a flight number is provided, Luxway Taxi will monitor the flight and adjust the driver's arrival accordingly. Waiting time of up to 2 hours for delayed flights is included at no charge. Waiting time beyond 2 hours will be charged at SGD 25 per hour. For non-airport pickups, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled time. Waiting beyond 30 minutes is charged at SGD 25 per hour.

6. Luggage & Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings throughout the journey. Luxway Taxi will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property. The number of luggage pieces must be declared at the time of booking to ensure appropriate vehicle assignment. Oversized or excess luggage may incur additional charges.

7. Immigration & Border Crossing

All passengers are responsible for holding valid travel documents required for Singapore-Malaysia border crossing, including a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity). Luxway Taxi drivers are not responsible for immigration delays, denials, or issues arising from inadequate documentation. Passengers denied entry at any checkpoint will not receive a refund.

8. Conduct & Safety

Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Passengers causing damage to the vehicle will be liable for full repair or cleaning costs. Luxway Taxi reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a passenger's behavior endangers the driver or other passengers.

9. Liability

Luxway Taxi vehicles are comprehensively insured. In the event of a road accident, the liability of Luxway Taxi is limited to the coverage provided by the vehicle's insurance policy. Luxway Taxi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, business losses, or accommodation costs arising from any delay or cancellation.

10. Force Majeure

Luxway Taxi shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, road closures, border checkpoint closures, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

11. Amendments to Terms

Luxway Taxi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The Terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
